The brooding young artist made her debut in 2016 with the blues laden vocal epic, β€˜Billy’ and has continued to cement herself as one of the most exciting vocalists and guitarists this country has ever had the pleasure of snatching up. Growing up in Singapore after relocating from England, and now based in Melbourne, Rya Park is acclaimed for her eloquent and charismatic songwriting. With themes of toxic relationships, heartbreak, mental health, and melancholia weaving their way through epic guitar riffs and an amplitude of fuzz, Park’s music has been likened to everyone from Arctic Monkeys to Lana Del Rey and beyond.

Rya has won fans the world over with her acute introspective observations and earnest vocal delivery. Her captivating live performances have seen her support some big names in Australian music including Angie McMahon, Kingswood and Alex Lahey among others, and her music has been championed by the likes of Red Bull Australia, The Industry Observer and more. Rya Park is set for a massive year with her debut EP coming later in 2020.
